He is a U.S. Navy Attorney. He works as Executive Legal Assistant for the Office of the Fleet Judge Advocate, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, United States Navy.
Oluseyi was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the first of three children born to John and Risikatu Bisiriyu, a farmer and a civil servant, respectively. His mother worked as an accountant with the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria, and subsequently served as the Finance attaché to the Nigerian Embassy, Dakar, Senegal.
Oluseyi was born into a relative middle-class family that influenced his determination to succeed in life.
He attended Baptist Boys High School, Saje Abeokuta, “Nulli Scundus”! Oluseyi then proceeded to the Nigerian Law is first degree was in Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Oluseyi then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School for his professional license and admittance to the Nigerian Bar to practice law.
In the pursuit of greater opportunities, Oluseyi moved to London, United Kingdom, and later immigrated to the United States on the U.S. Congress sponsored Diversity Visa Lottery program.
After arriving in the United States, he joined the U.S. Navy for a four years enlistment. After his service with the U.S. Navy, Oluseyi completed a Master’s degree in Government with a minor in International Relations (MA) at Regent University, Virginia Beach.
