A vocationally skilled society is indispensable to an economically growing nation, as such, more citizens must be encouraged to earn vocational skills. In addition to the natural endowment nature has abundantly bestowed on the African continent, the human resources are equally beyond measure in the capacity to learn multiple skills: the building of the Egyptian pyramid is evidence of the consummate skills inherent in Africans. Over time, Africans have unconsciously reduced the value of apprenticeship for vocational skills to a lower-class ambition, while China has used these skills to build its manufacturing industry. It is now evident to the world that these skills, when properly supported, could lead a people out of poverty especially with adequate population. Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa with abundant human resources that could be equipped with the right vocational empowerment initiative that will raise its people out of poverty. Our foundation has resolved to support citizens who have a strong desire to learn new vocational skills or improve latent ones through rigorous screenings to establish: genuine desires, interviews for true commitments, placement in a vocational training program, and upon graduation, procure the necessary instruments associated with the skill learned to help them become small business owners that will pay taxes and contribute to the economy of the nation. We believe that gradually, these people whose natural desire for hard work is not in question, will lift themselves out of poverty in the few decades to come. We request your support to provide them these vocational empowerment opportunities by donating any amount to this cause, and the generations to come will be grateful and thankful to you through their prayers.
